Hi Gang! I’m back after two great weeks in Costa Rica. The first ten days there I was part of a Birding Buddy bird tour, concentrating on the southern half of the country. The last four days Karen and I stayed at a very nice resort overlooking the Pacific Ocean, but still did some birding.
I haven’t loaded all my pics from the trip into my computer yet, so I don’t even know how many shots I took (lots). Here’s a cute one of a Chestnut-capped Warbler (formally Rufous-capped Warbler) that was in love with itself via a car’s side-view mirror I took on the hotel grounds the first day there in San Jose.
As you might recall I’m in the middle of reporting about my trip to South Africa last October and I’ll be continuing putting out posts on that tour’s people, places, and birds. Once that’s completed then I’ll share some posts about Costa Rica.
Hope all of you are well.
Mike
