Iceland Travelogue
I usually post a GreatBirdPics Bird Photograph of the Week on Friday but today I’m going with something different. As you know I recently went to Iceland and have posted several pictures of the birds I saw there. Some members, friends and family have asked to find out more about our experiences there so I’ve written a travelogue with lots of (non-bird) pictures and stories about our week there.
It’s hard (for me) to boil down a week’s-long tour into a bite-sized post. I’ve included 27 pictures of the things we saw there with lots of narrative – too much to include in one of my GBP Notes daily emails.
