Emil Baumbach shared today’s Bird Photograph of the Week. The European Goldfinch found its way to the US several years ago (introduced?) and can be found in various parts of the US as well as Australia, northern Africa, and parts of South America.
Great composition as he chose to include the flowers in the background – they add additional color but do not distract.
