GreatBirdPics Members’ Showcase – 4/23/26

Thanks to all the GreatBirdPics members who continue to share their bird photographs with us.  I enjoy each and every one of them.  Here are some that caught my eye recently:

It’s great that Bob captured this Wilson’s Snipe up on a post – I usually see them on the ground or on the bank of a pond.

I associate Snowy Egrets with the South – South Carolina, Florida and other Gulf States.  I do not expect to see them in Delaware but docshaf proves me wrong with this great closeup of one.

I expect to see California Condors in California.  I do not expect to see them in Arizona but Andrew Steinmann proves me wrong with this shot of a mature bird at Navajo Bridge, AZ.  Note the large ID tags on its wings as these birds are closely monitored.

Finally, Andrew Steinmann must have been on a long road trip as he was at Zion NP in Utah to capture this Wild Turkey with distinctive white tips of the southwestern plumage.
