Emil Baumbach was on a boat when a flock of Short-billed Dowitchers flew by. How does he get them in focus while on a boat? He also has some Arctic Terns in there too.
Birdygirl got this Black-billed in Montana, of all places. It’s tough to get the contrast right with a black head and a gray background!
This is the time of year the Sandhill Cranes start flying high overhead. Osprey60 captured this shot of a couple of them much lower.
