Member’s Bird Photography Showcase – 5/26/21

Topping It Off

I seem to be stuck on themes, which is not necessarily a bad thing.  Today we showcase some of our member’s pics of birds with an interesting color or plumage on the top of their head.  Top of the morning to you!

At the top of the list is LinLark’s Wilson’s Warbler, distinctive with a black cap.

Next to the top of our list is a Ruby-crowned Kinglet.  Mtcrzy submits this one after recovering from a broken wrist – good to have you back!

Here’s a bright red topper from LinLark.  A Pileated Woodpecker is a favorite for many.

The Dickcissel’s brown top compliments the rest of the varied colors on its body.  GreatBirdPic Asteinmann!

Check out this Golden-crowned Sparrow from Birdman to top it off.  Wonderful color tucked in there.

Can’t think of anything else off the top of my head so get out there and bird!

Stay Safe.  Go Birding.  Take Pics.  Share Here.  Repeat.

Mike
