Birder1959 captured a White-breasted Nuthatch in perfect profile with a nut in its beak. Great catch!
Birder1959 again, this time with an owlet in his backyard. Check out that huge eye on the Great Horned Owl.
LinLark was at Montrose Point just a day after we were there taking pictures of the Bay-breasted Warblers a couple of months ago. Click on the picture below and read the “fun fact” she included in her description.
On another occasion both Birder2011 and I went to the same bridge a day apart to see the Cliff Swallows there. I got a fuzzy shot of one as it flew on by, but she had one perch on the power line right next to her. I’m jealous!
