Even though they are a common bird in this part of Texas (similar to the Indigo bunting’s abundance in Chicago), you never get tired of seeing another one, especially when they come in close.

Beautiful shot! Being from the midwest I can’t imagine what it would be like to see one of these in person. They are just stunning!
