Sharp-shinned Hawk

sharp dress fella

This Sharp shinned hawk was perched along side the road. I drive around during the colder days with my window down and heat off.. This way I can take photos from the window and not worry about heat deflection effecting the lens.

It’s true.. I’ve screwed up more photos in the winter due to the heat leaving my car and making the photos not sharp… Happens in the summer time as well.. be mindful of the time of day you photograph birds for sure… Heat waves will make for not sharp photos..
