Pied-billed Grebe

Pied-billed Grebes are common in my area.. you can tell it’s breeding season by the black ring around it’s white bill.. knowing about birds and their habits helps us to get close to them for a nice photo.

I never knew that about about the black ring on the Pied-billed Grebe’s bill. Thanks for including that tidbit. Great picture, by the way!
