Getting eye level is always a goal of mine when photographing birds.. Some species makes it difficult as in the Sora. The sora stays mostly hidden in the marsh and getting eye level is very stressful to say the least. This Sora however was on the side of the march in an open spot.. I just happened to be laying there and took this photo.. Right place, right equipment, and right time..

Nicely photographed. I love the setting and soft green color surrounding this bird.
Thanks Emil,,, got wet and dirty getting this one. All worth it though.
