Field Sparrow
This Field Sparrow was easy to identify due to the longer than usual tail.. I often struggle with field identifying of Sparrows, but not this one…. Most other times I use Merlin bird ID app on my phone.. You just take a photo with your phone of the back of your camera and it will identify the bird, (Most times) correctly.

Love the caterpillar in mouth and over the shoulder pose. Well done.
Thanks Emil..
I just think Field Sparrows are the cutest little sparrows! The eyering helps me to ID it.
I agree Mike.
