Lost wanderer in Illinois

Limpkins are very rare in this state but this bird has been seen and reported by many birders recently.
I thought I had a “lifer” but found out I had recorded this species (in eBird) on a trip to Mexico many years ago (2007).
This time I got some photos as I was not capable way back then.
