Sanderling
We are at Holland State Park often watching birds. This day in August, 2018 there were a lot of Sanderlings on the beach. This one decided it was time to take a bath. It is not common to see shorebirds bathing along the shore of Lake Michigan. This is a migrating shorebird for here.
