Stacking food through the marsh

On our way to southern Louisiana for a birding adventure, we stopped at Bonnet Carre Spillway in Louisiana. As we watched many birds out in the marsh, this Tricolored Heron was looking for food not too far away from us. It continued across in front of us so we were able to get many photos.

Cannot wait to eat this
