Eastern Kingbirds are seen at Window on the Waterfront mid-summer. This one is flying low over the water looking for food. I did not capture any eye shine, but thought it was an interesting photo showing its tail spread with its wings out.

We haven’t seen any Kingbirds back yet this spring. Perhaps a bit too early. Did see our FOY Phoebe yesterday.
