Maroon-bellied Parakeet

In the rain

Normally I do not like birds in juxtaposition, but I liked the head angle of these two so kept the shot. I shot at 1/200 second SS to lengthen the rain drops. Had to take a burst of shots to get a sharp one because even though I was shooting off a tripod, the birds were moving.

I love the shot of the Parkeets in the rain. Good forethought to slow down the SS to capture the elongated drops.
