Northern Waterthrush

I have struggled in the past to capture a good photo of Northern Waterthrush, because they are usually difficult to see as while skulking around under thick bushes and roots in swamp environments. At Sabine Woods near High Island, Texas we saw several easily visible hunting along pond banks or singing happily on a low perch. As a result, I was very pleased with this image!
