We were cruising along the Napa River on our way back to Sacha Lodge when there was a call and the boat turned around so we could see this Ladder-tailed Nightjar that was perched on a branch over the edge of the river – amazing!

I am sorry to report that this image is mis-identified. It is actually a Ladder-backed Nightjar.
