The canopy branches near the Sacha Lodge were covered with orchids, ferns and bromeliads. We saw several birds visit the bromeliads to dink the water held in the center by the broad leaves. A pair of Golden-bellied Euphonia were fluttering around the bromeliads apparently looking for drinks and insects. This is the male.
