Black-necked Stilt
I am used to seeing 1 or 2 Black-necked Stilts in a pond together. During spring migration, I’ve seen 20+ spread across a wetland. Only once have I seen so many they were impossible to count – and it was amazing! Ancon Peninsula Wetlands, January 2018.
