Booted Racket-tail East

Also named Booted Racket-tail East (with buff leg puffs). Western species have white leg puffs. All that stands between the 2 are the Andes Mountains. Not many miles in a straight line but there are over 14K feet in elevation that separate the two parts of the country at Quito.
