Black-backed Water-Tyrant

Very close to downtown Buenos Aires is the Reserva Ecologica Costanera Sur which includes a large wetland. We visited this park on our first day in Argentina and were introduced to many new birds including this Black-backed Water Tyrant.

Thanks for all the pics you’ve been sharing from Argentina. You got some really great shots of some new birds for us. I particularly like the looks of this Water-tyrant!
