We drove past the Ushuaia city dump and saw thousand of birds – mostly Kelp Gulls. There were also three tarps of Caracaras and several Black-chested Buzzard-eagles, including this juvenile. I found them to be majestic and beautiful, but they were mostly ignored by our group of expert birders as too easy to spot.
