Nesting time

There were two Canada geese nesting here and I was hoping to take a picture of them resting with their heads down, but they perked up when I got my camera out. I ended up cropping the photo down to the one that was more sharply focused. This is at Rotary Park in DeKalb, Illinois which is near an old railroad coaling tower. I was trying to get pictures of trains going underneath the coaling tower, but traffic was light and the skies clouded up in the afternoon. I shot this picture during my lunch break. I did get one train photo before it clouded up and I went home after lunch.
