Smooth-billed Anis

I’ve been post processing a group of photos from Costa Rica to post here at GBPs. A few days ago I saw the e-mail describing the process JamesD used to remove branches from his Northern Cardinal photo, which got me to thinking.

These Anis were perched in a on roadside wires near San Jose. We just didn’t see many Anis during our trip, and this photo was the best I could achieve.

Then I read about JamesD’s process and thought about the tools I have available. See the next post to some of the offending wires removed.
