The fork tail drongo is also called a common tail drongo or African drongo. This bird has a roboust black beak. When born they lack feathers. They breed close to wetlands. The breeding season is from march to september. The eggs are laid between 24 to 48 hours. Incubation period last 15 to 18 days.
