A kettle?

I was hoping to see a “committee” of vultures on the tower near Spaulding Dam like what I had seen the day before (when I didn’t have my camera – of course). Instead, a “kettle” of vultures were circling overhead. There were many more turkey vultures that didn’t fit into the frame.
