Not a Greatpic, but a Goodpic. Burrowing Owls are pretty common at the Badlands, but I saw this one just outside the park. Unlike other owls, these owls burrow in the ground, taking over prairie dog tunnels, hence the name.

It’s tough to get a good shot in those grasslands. I think your Burrowing Owl image is pretty good, though. I like the white flowers balancing the owl on the right.
