On September 27, 2022 we took a birding hike near Lake Macatawa, Holland, Michigan. As we arrived back at the parking lot there were many Cedar Waxwings eating Cedar berries. This photo shows the first-year bird looking at the camera with a berry in its mouth and surrounded with more birds.
