Eurasian Goshawk

This bird was described by swedish naturalist carl linnaeus. In India it is rarely found. I was lucky to spot one kaziranga park assam. I feeds on large animals and birds. goshawks have been prized for many centuries for thier fast flying skills and feerless hunting. They use the nest for many years.
