Going back to Spain. I was able to photograph a Eurasian Hoopoe, one the truly strange looking birds in the world, coming and going to its nest. Although there was only one chick in the nest, both parents were visiting the nest constantly with a variety of bugs. Because of the need to stay significant distance from the nest (so as to not disturb the parents) and the poor light angle, the shot is less than I wanted, but it still shows how unique this bird is.
