Military Macaws

I stayed in the van during most of the rain until one of the soaked birdwatchers returned and said there was a pair of Military Macaws in a tree nearby. I stepped out to take this photo. The Military Macaws were a write-in on our trip bird list – the guide said they were not from Veracruz and were probably escapees.
