Anna’s Hummingbird

The first few days of November we were in Las Vegas and observed several Anna’s Hummingbirds at feeders. Two weeks later I was in the San Francisco area and went to the Filoli Gardens with my daughter. There were many Anna’s Hummingbirds chasing each other around the garden grounds. As the park was closing for the day, I ran into a couple who were staring into the middle of a small tree where this Anna’s was perched. A wonderful spot!
