In winter the winds and melting snow form interesting scenes along the channel and beaches at Holland State Park. December 26, 2022, lots of Mallards were all along the breakwall on the south side of the channel under the ice canopy. I cropped the photo to feature only a few of the Mallards to get the full beauty of the ice formations and the water droplet on the beak of the right female.
