European Goldfinch

This bird built a nest inside our tree fern high up in our garden. It was difficult to see in the nest but finally I used a cell phone quickly and saw 3 big chicks in the tiny nest. However the next day they had fledged never to be seen again. The parent birds were often seen on top of a cherry tree not far from the nest, hence my images.
