This is the second image of the White-faced Ibis I referred to earlier. I was going to wait until tomorrow to post this, but after talking with Jamie Cunningham with Sabrewing Nature Tours I will put it up now. This was also shot at San Joaquin Marsh Wildlife Reserve. The bright yellow BG, while really photogenic, played havoc with the metering of my camera, especially since the camera was set up to photograph this bird with a much darker BG. ISO 5000, f/7.1, SS 1/3200. Canon R5 2, with 100-500 lens, at 500 mm. Bird was grossly underexposed and had to be brought up considerably in PS with BG taken down slightly. About 75% FF.
