Going back to the desert at Desert Photo Retreat. One of the more common visitors was Gambel’s Quail. I like the way these two had their attention drawn to the right. Did not take them long though to jump back down and start eating. Full frame, the beak and face of another quail was cloned out in the upper left. The quail on the right (female) was selectively sharpened as she was slightly out of the DOF.
