Again on the hunt for photographing our harlequin duck pair at location left me with great opportunity to catch other diving ducks common for the Delaware Seashore State Park. Wind chill in the teens and the only thing keeping me warm was focusing on the human surfer in the crashing waves nearby. Scoters were following the repetitive cycle within the tidal inlet of diving and fishing with the outgoing tide and then taking flight to bring them “upstream” to repeat allowing for predictable BIF captures…
