Black-throated Gray Warbler

We walked around the main pond at the Sweetwater Wetlands during a brief stay in Tucson. There were many ducks and a number of other birds. We were excited to see this Black-throated Gray Warbler. They are a western bird so we haven’t seen them in eastern US warbler migrations we’ve witnessed in Texas, Florida or Ohio – and it was in Tucson out of season.
