I sat with camera mounted on a tripod for 1 hour at a San Jacinto Wildlife Reserve marsh. Not much going on. Just about to leave when I saw these two Greater Yellowlegs flying toward me. They were obviously scrapping with each other and when they landed in front of me (maybe just a little too far away in spite of the 840 mm lens I was using) their altercation continued. I ended up shooting many shots as they sparred back and forth. This is one of about 50. Each bird was selected, sharpened, contrast increased. BG as darkened and yellow band on top of image was darkened. About 75% FF.
