Came up for a Quick Breath of Air (Water Contest)

Mr. Red-winged Blackbird was having a great time bathing in a small creek at Stu Visser Trails. I took many photos as he did not seem to care that we were watching him. The position of most of his head covered with water with his beak above the surface intrigued me. Had I not taken lots of photos, I would not have seen how he washed his head.
