We spent 8 days in the Galápagos Islands traveling to 10 islands looking for the specialty birds on each.
Our travel was on a 70 foot catamaran – the Nemo III. As we cruised from island to island, there were always Wedge-rumped Storm-Petrels accompanying the boat. They had an interesting behavior of briefly touching the water as they caught something to eat.
I took many photos of the Storm Petrels, but one morning the sea was calm and the lighting was unusual.
