Bridled Sparrow

Bridled Sparrow (who says sparrows cannot be colorful)

This is a bird of the desert. IMO one of the prettiest sparrows, it typically picks out a high cactus perch at sunrise and announces its presence.

Thank you. Taken at sunrise. Easy place to shoot. Great light, open cacti, cooperative birds everywhere.
