On a very balmy November day in the 70’s here in Illinois, it’s almost impossible not to get out and bird. A couple of nice Savannah Sparrows were out enjoying the weather too.
The Savannah Sparrow can sometimes be deceiving to ID. The yellow is not always obvious but there is always a hint of it around the face. Great exemplar.
