A pretty White-crowned Sparrow (Zonotrichia leucophrys) perched on a branch of our Butterfly bush. This curved branch is a favourite spot for a Hummingbird to perch too!
We have several of these birds in our yard. Adults and first year juvenile who still have a brown crown.
Such a great composition. I really like the black frame around the pic of the White-crowned Sparrow.
