Balancing Bob

I tried an Artsy-Fartsy crop here with the Bobolink on the left side balanced by the single stalk of purple flowers on the right. What do you think of the composition?

I like the composition a lot. It’s hard to make a male bobolink look good but the setting on the flowers is excellent. The bird on the left draws my focus to him, then I take in the entire scene. Nicely done.

I like it Mike. Shows the subject looking into the Frame. Flowers balance it out as well.
