Bands On Right Leg of Piping Plover

I took this shot to get a better look at the bands on the leg of the Piping Plover so I could report the sighting to the New Jersey Department of Fish and Wildlife.  Although not in breeding plumage I was able to determine that it was a male from the banding report I received.
