My attention was drawn to about 100 large birds rising up and resettling off in the distance, and they were pink! Yes, there were Chilean Flamingos on the property. Although we did not find the main flock several of them flew back and forth above us.
This is the first picture I’ve seen of a Flamingo in flight! Wonderful!
