Karen and I were eating lunch out in our 3-season room when I looked through the windows and then punched Karen in the arm and practically shouted, “A Red-Headed Woodpecker at our feeder”! We love to see these birds out in the wild, but they are infrequently observed. We were floored to have one in our backyard.
